Apartment in Florence's Historical Center

We have recently renovated our apartment in Florence's historical center to give an additional option to guests interested in a short term apartment rental in Florence instead of the Tuscan countryside.

Our comfortable and well-lit apartment is on Via della Pergola, steps from the historical "La Pergola" theater and the Duomo.

Recently renovated and furnished in traditional Florentine style, the apartment is 80 square meters and on the second floor (no elevator) of a quiet historical building.

The apartment is made up of an entrance area, spacious living room, dining room with a small terrace, kitchen, a master bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds.

Where we are

The apartment is located in the historical center of Florence, a few minutes walking distance from the major monuments in Florence, including the Uffizi, Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Santa Croce.
From Florence's main train station, Santa Maria Novella, you can easily reach the apartment walking in about 10 minutes.

Weekly rates

To secure your reservation, you will have to make an advance payment of 30% of the total cost. Security deposit is € 200 at the time of arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay upon a visual check of no damages to the apartment. Linen is changed once a week. Rates include gas, heating, electricity and water. Final cleaning charge: € 40.
