Rental conditions and details:

  • Check-in: from 4.00 p.m.
  • Check-out: within 10.00 a.m.
  • Prices include: electricity, kitchen gas, linen and water.
  • Prices do not include: final cleaning (12 euro per person) and heating (3,50 euro every cubed meter).

We have a laundry room at our guests' disposal, with the possibility of using the washing machine at the cost of 3,50 euro per load. A clothes dryer is not available.
